On the weekends, I like to keep it light and breezy. On Sundays, I will be sharing some of my favorite trends and styles I love.
First up is animal prints.
In the past, I was not a fan of animal prints at all. For some reason, I thought animal print was only for old ladies. You know something Blanch Devereaux would wear.
However, in the past year or two, I have had a change of heart and I love animal prints.
In the spring, I went to Target planning to buy a sensible pair of brown flats. The next thing I know, I'm walking out of the store with these leopard flats instead.
I love them! And I have almost worn them out. Surprisingly, the leopard goes with so many different outfits!

If animal print scares you. Start by trying something small. See the little pop of leopard in the belt of Lisa Leonard's outfit? I love that!
If you are more comfortable with animal print, try an animal print skirt! I have a zebra print skirt and I love it. A leopard print skirt is on my Goodwill wish list. I have found a few, but I haven't found the right one yet.
Now, I wear some sort of animal print probably two or three times a week. I no longer think animal print is for old ladies....or does that mean I'm an old lady myself.....Who cares!?! I look awesome in my leopard flats!
