Saturdate with Southern Plate: Aunt Sue's Chocolate Fried Pies

In honor of Valentine's Day, I wanted to make a chocolate recipe,so Aunt Sue's Chocolate Fried Pie's seemed perfect! Leave it to Southerners to find a way to fry chocolate! This recipe is only in the book and not on the website, but if you are looking for another chocolate recipe try Chocolate No Bake Cookies. It's one of my favorites, but I make mine with peanut butter in it! If you are going for creative and cute, try these Hershey's Kisses shaped Oreo Balls from Bakerella.

These fried chocolate pies were good, but a scoop of ice cream on top would have made them heavenly! If you are going to make this recipe, give yourself alot of time. It takes a while to make deliciousness.
